Once registered and your appointment is booked, you'll receive a pending acceptance message.

The acceptance will be only confirmed upon receiving your photos and deposit as per our FAQ's

All new clients will be also need to fill in a New Client Intake Form with our terms and conditions. Submitting this form does not create your appointment!

Do I need to pay a deposit for my appointment?

A deposit of $30 is required to accept your appointment This is to be paid within the next 48 hrs (2 days) of you booking this appointment.

Do I need to send any current photos of my hair?

We require photos of the back and sides of your hair to ensure there is enough allocated time for your appointment. These can be emailed to: info@purelycurls.com Once received along with your $30 deposit, your appointment will be accepted by either a text or email message.

When will my appointment be accepted?

After you have made the online booking and we have received your deposit & photos.

How long will my 1st appointment be?

Please allow 2.5 hours for your 1st appointment! If your hair is long and thick allow 3.0 hours.

Does Purely Curls colour on 1st time appointments?

Due to the complexity and not knowing your hair, we do not do colour on first time appointments. If you require colour, we recommend that you visit your regular colourist prior to seeing us. Once booked with Purely Curls, you can then discuss colour options for future visits with the stylist.

How do I come prepared for my appointment?

*Come in with Day 1 hair. (This is a covid requirement as well) This means your hair to be cleansed, (Not Co-Washed, but Shampooed), with natural curls & how you would normally wear it down and completely DRY. Products are fine in the hair. (This also applies to all future appointments booked with Purely Curls.) * All tangles MUST be removed (Do not use Brush/Comb in dry hair) * No clips, pins, hats, barrettes or hair accessories of any kind. * No RAW COCONUT OIL/s in hair. * Due to severe allergic reactions, NO the brand "SHEA MOISTURE" products in hair (Hair to be detoxed 2 weeks prior to appointment with no further use of the brand "Shea Moisture" products). This does not apply to products that have Shea butter in them.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel any appointment, please give 24 hours notice. I will have to charge you the full rate of your appointment if you are a "No Show" or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If this happens, I will need to talk to you before any further appointments can be scheduled.
